Tailor-made packages and special offer package vouchers must avail of all treatments on the same day and cannot be broken up. Special offer packages may not be used during busy periods as these are offered at a discounted price. If the person redeeming the gift voucher is contraindicated for the treatment purchased they can receive a suitable treatment in lieu to the value of the voucher purchased.
